2. Inspection & Service Assessment

Certain services may require a site inspection before final pricing can be confirmed. Quotations provided before inspection are estimates and may vary depending on actual site conditions, complexity, and material requirements.

3. Material & Spare Parts

  • Material costs are not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
  • Spare parts, wiring, switches, pipes, fittings, paint, hardware, and accessories will be charged separately.
  • Customers may choose to provide their own materials if preferred.
  • Additional materials required during service will be communicated before use.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area.
